Please help!.. should i ignore her?

so theres this girl i really really like, she just graduated college and has a job and internship.. its been over a month since iv seen her and we dont talk as often as i would like.. and when we do its by text.. but she said she likes me and is interested. but she keeps making excuses not to meet up and its hurting me.. should i just forget her?
