I think im getting fat even though i have bounced back from breaks?
soo ive been doing cardio for 8 months now with a 1 and 1/2 month break in the midle i took and now iv'e been on a 1 week break. i am 15 yrs old 6"2 and 159lb with 13% body fat and i started lifting weights 2 months ago and saw very rapid results probably due to how much i consume like i went from not being able to do any pullups to doing 17 perfect form and now i began to eat even more.. i used to eat 2200 cals a day and now i am eating around 3000 and for the past week i haven't hit the gym or done any cardio because im going through a period of making excuses and semi-laziness. also i used to be a chubster i was 5"11 183lb 27% body fat about a year ago but i am getting paranoid now that im gaining weight rapidly thanks to this 1 week break.. since i used to be fat does this mean that i will easily re-gain it??
