So you went to Remiem Temple in the Calm Lands, won the race, got the Cloudy Mirror and then went and united the family in Macalania Woods to turn it into the Celestial Mirror? Ok good, now you need the Sun Crest and Sun Sigil to power Calabolg up. The Crest you'll come to later in the story, but the Sigil you can get now. You must race the chocobo trainer and win with a time of 0:00 or less. In other words you need to get enough balloons and avoid getting hit so the time is reduced. A lot of it is luck, particularly at the start, but it isn't too difficult really. I've heard of people really struggling with it, but I've always managed it in an hour or less. Once you've used both these items in Macalania Woods (at the same place you transformed the mirror) to power up the weapon it will have 4 great abilities and will lose the no AP one.
