Clinique 3 Step or Osmosis Skin Care? Please Help!!?

Hey guys, really trying to find a good skin care line. I dont have horrible acne but enough to make me want to get rid of it once and for all, I do have a bit of redness on my cheeks and temples so im assuming thats Rosacea. Over the past years iv tried using Pro Activ and Tea Tree Oil sets from the body shop but it didnt work aswell as I had hoped. Some friends have told me I should try Clinique, but I also have discovered Osmosis. They both seem to work well and both have good reviews, both are quite expensive so im hoping to get some feedback helping me to decide which one I should choose, looking forward to your replys THANK YOU :)
