6x9 or 6.5" speakers?

iv got a 2 door and am doing some audio upgrades. currently i have 2 kicker subs and infinity kappa component/tweeter system with crossover in the doors. in the back the car has holes for 6x9. should i get infinity kappa 6x9s or another set of infinity kappa 60.9cs 6.5" component system with a 6x9 to 6.5" bracket?
