Looking for a certain T-Shirt?

The other day I saw a guy at the mall wearing a German T-Shirt. The shirt had a German eagle in the center, and around the eagle were each of the German State crests, in a circular formation, sort of surrounding the large eagle in the middle. I was wondering if anyone knows where I might be able to purchase that shirt?
