Need help choosing a car?

i know this questions gets answered alot, but i have around 15-23 k to spend. im debating if i should try to find a car by this summer or probably wait til next spring. but i have a car thats getting old. im 20 years old been saving up for a new car, iv been looking around about 6 months now and my mind keeps changing. i go to college everyday which is about a 20 min drive and want to be able to have a nice set of wheels that gets decent mpg. so iv been thinking about either 2008 or above altima coupe or honda coupe. and soon after be able to put a nice set of rims maybe try to add aftermarket parts to them. or going doing the same with an older 2005-07 g35. those are the types of cars that iv been interested if anyone has any ideas on what to get and what you would do to add mods to it please help. i live in upstate ny and we get slammed with winters. so leaning more towards fwd cars. thanks for the help
